Cross-cultural workshop at CCFS

Today, Charlotte held a workshop on cultural differences in management and human resources at the Junior French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden.

After a presentation of main cultural differences between French and Swedes in a professional environment, with a focus on the recruitment process and human ressources, the workshop was followed by a Q&A to share experiences and ideas.
